Garda Memorial Day – Sat 20th May 2017
The annual Garda Memorial Day Ceremony in Dubhlinn Gardens, Dublin Castle, takes place on Saturday the 20th May 2017 at 12 Noon.
This Memorial Service is to remember and pay tribute to the 88 members of An Garda Síochána who were killed in the line of duty in the service of the State.
The Garda Commissioner and the President of the Garda Síochána Retired Members’ Association, extend a Céad Míle Fáilte to retired members of the force, Garda widows and family members, to attend the 2017 memorial day.
The ceremony will take approx one hour and after which, light refreshments will be served.
