The “Grangegorman Business Breakfast” is a free and informal event for the business community in Dublin’s North Inner City. It is an opportunity for local businesses (including SMEs, micro-businesses, social enterprises, etc.) and business support organisations to hear the latest about the Grangegorman Development, to network and to share views around building a supportive agenda for local business in the North Inner City.

The Grangegorman Business Breakfast is organised by the Grangegorman Labour and Learning Forum’s Business and Enterprise Group, a voluntary representative body of organisations working in the Grangegorman area. The main speaker will be Ger Casey, new CEO of the Grangegorman Development Agency.

“Iveagh Gardens: Dublin’s Hidden Park” is the next Let’s Walk & Talk guided tour with historian Pat Liddy.

The “Havana International Language Exchange” is taking place every Wed from 16:30-19:30 in Havana Tapas Bar in George’s Street. There are many Spanish speakers and English-speakers are explicitly invited, but everyone else is certainly very welcome too, to meet for a chat to improve your Spanish or English.

Gianrico Carofiglio is a novelist and he was previously a member of the Senate in Italy and before that, an anti-Mafia prosecutor in Bari in Puglia. He has been involved with trials concerning corruption, organized crime and human trafficing. He is a best-selling author of crime novels and literary fiction. Catherine Dunne will talk to him about his life and literary works.

Bad Boy Jake are every Wednesday in the Gypsy Rose Rock & Blues Bar playing their rock, blues and American.
